Rates are as follows:

Standard Room - 2 double beds - $95.00 US plus 17% state, local and federal tax.

Junior Suite - 1 queen bed and living room - $95.00 US plus 17% state, local and federal tax.

Deluxe Room - 2 queen beds and sitting area - $100.00 US plus 17% state, local and federal tax.

Master Suite - 2 queen beds and living room - $105.00 US plus 17% state, local and federal tax.

Rates based on double occupancy. Rooms with 2 beds can accomodate 3-4 people. Over 2 guests there is a fee of $20.00 US (plus 17% state, local and federal tax) for each additional guest per night.

Deposits and Refunds:

  • The full amount of your stay is required for your deposit if staying only 1 night.
  • Half the total amount for your stay is required for a deposit if you are staying more than 1 night
  • General cancellation policy (reservations for more than one room or made for certain peak dates or a reservation made more than 3 or 4 weeks in advance may have different cancellation requirements; if so, they will be stated in your confirmation letters): Your deposit is refundable minus a 10 % handling fee if you should have to cancel your reservation and can cancel your reservation 21 days before your arrival date. There will be no refund if you should cancel your reservation less than the 21 day requirement. Please be advised that your reservation if made for instance 10 days before your arrival date can not be refunded if canceled. We are a small bed and breakfast and the majority of our reservations are made at least two weeks in advance of their arrival. We can not afford to turn away guests while holding a reservation that has been confirmed only to be canceled at the last minute for what ever reason. We hope that you understand the necessity of this policy. Unfortunately business must be attended to and once the business part of this is over we will look forward to doing what we like and do best which is making your visit memorable, comfortable and enjoyable.

  • Translating is $10.00 per hour. We will be glad to accompany you on your sightseeing or shopping expeditions.
  • Translating for business is $15.00 dollars per hour. We will be happy to be your personal translator for our business guests.
