Your Hosts
Jose is a native of Guadalajara and practicing accountant as well as the master gardener at Casa de las Flores. He is fluent in English and has lived in the United States. He is a certified public accountant receiving his degree from the university of Guadalajara.Stan is the Chef at Casa de las Flores. He was an apprentice chef at Chez Panisse, Alice Water's famous restaurant in Berkeley Ca. He received a masters degree in fine Arts from the University of California at Davis . Stan has been living in Guadalajara since 1985.
