Please read our cancellation policy on the Guest Policies page. If you are unable to arrive please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. We answer our online reservations early each morning. If you would like to get in contact with us before that time or if you suspect email problems, feel free to call us and we will take your reservation on the phone.

Our main concern is your ease and comfort arriving at Casa de las Flores. This way we are sure to be waiting to welcome you when you arrive.
